Nicholas Torres, AICP

Nicholas Torres is a certified urban planner with the American Planning Association’s (APA) American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Nicholas leads our transportation / socioeconomics practice and, along with our other Senior Associates, the professional development of our Associates. He has provided deliverables and guidance to more than 30 public infrastructure agencies, including transit authorities, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), departments of transportation (DOTs), and port authorities. Nick earned a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University (FSU). The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) recognized his contributions to its Summer Transportation Internship Program for Diverse Groups.
