Ishan Keskar, AICP

Ishan Keskar is a certified urban planner with the American Planning Association’s (APA) American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Ishan manages our team development program, working directly with our Associates to teach new skills and support additional professional development, and is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in policy development, strategic planning, program assessments, and data-driven initiatives, including GIS analyses. Before joining the Whitehouse Group team, he worked for India’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, supporting the development of a policy framework for Complete Streets and e-mobility solutions nationwide. Ishan earned a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
