Ishan Keskar

Ishan Keskar is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in policy development, strategic planning, program assessments, and data-driven initiatives, including GIS analyses. Before joining the Whitehouse Group team, he worked for India’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, supporting the development of a policy framework for Complete Streets and e-mobility solutions nationwide. Ishan earned a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
