Ada (DUXIXI) Shen

Ada (DUXIXI) Shen is responsible for developing solutions for client needs in strategic planning, program assessments, federal grant application development, monitoring, and compliance. Before joining the Whitehouse Group team, she worked at an international infrastructure consulting firm, supporting the development of financial and public-private partnership models and development strategies for projects throughout China and conducted stakeholder engagement research for a local urban planning firm in New York City. Ada earned a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
