We worked with Hillsborough TPO staff to incorporate a new passenger rail initiative into the regular activities of the MPOAC Freight and Rail Committee, including updating the Mission and Vision Statements, prioritizing a companion list of objectives to achieve the Vision, and developing the framework for a new Passenger Rail Priorities Program (PRPP).Deliverables:
